The safety of our products is our top priority. We learned that the Organic Cotton Pack N Play Mattress Dual-Sided Portable Baby Crib Pad does not meet applicable mandatory standards and therefore poses an entrapment risk, because it may not adequately fit the play yard. This is why we are announcing this recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Please note that there have been no reported incidents with the Modera Baby Pack-N-Play Crib Pad.

VOLUNTARY RECALL FAQ'S
This recall affects the Modera “Pack N Play” Play Yard Mattress. The mattresses have “Modera baby” printed on labels attached to the mattress. The mattresses are dual-sided, with one side labeled “infant” and the other side labeled “toddler.” The dimensions of the mattress are 38 inches long, 26 inches wide, and 1.5 inches thick.
We are providing a refund.
If you provide us with your Amazon order number, we will work with Amazon to provide the refund through Amazon. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. If you do not have the Amazon order number, or if a refund through Amazon is not an option, we will mail you a check.
